Tuesday was a very special day for the BJP party because of Jaipur Mayor Election. A vote in the Mayor of Jaipur Municipal Corporation got heavier on the BJP. Because of which BJP candidate Manoj Bhardwaj had to face defeat. Hence, BJP loses Jaipur Mayor Election by 1 vote.

Meanwhile, there is an interesting fact that on Tuesday elections were held only for the president of Sumerpur municipality in Pali district. Here BJP boy child survived. Here too, only one vote was lost in the victory and BJP’s Phoolaraam. Later, he was elected to the post of Sudhar president.

BJP Loses Jaipur Mayor Election by 1 Vote

In the last moment of the Election for Mayor in Jaipur, Municipal Corporation, Vishnu Lata won the new Mayor of Jaipur Municipal Corporation by one vote. BJP’s strong candidate Manoj Bhardwaj had to face defeat. A total of 90 votes were cast for Mayor’s election. Because of which 45 votes were cast by Vishnu. Also, 44 votes to Manoj Bhardwaj of BJP and one vote was canceled.

On the other hand, BJP’s child-boy escaped by Tuesday’s by-election in the Sumerpur municipal council of Pali. The BJP had to face cross voting despite the majority. However, by a vote the BJP has managed to save its seat. BJP’s Phoolaraam was elected to the post of sudhar president. Suthar got 12 votes and Congress-backed candidate Ratanlal Ghanchi got 11 votes whereas a vote was given to the nota. BJP with 16 councilors faced cross voting.
