Activity Express Racing’s Filipe Albuquerque set out the early pace in the Roar Before the 24 test on Friday in front of the Rolex 24 at Daytona in the not so distant future as Fernando Alonso influenced his official practice to make a big appearance for United Autosports.
Albuquerque topped both of Friday’s training sessions for Action Express in the #5 Cadillac DPi-V.R., handing over a best lap time of 1:37.196 toward the evening to complete the very beginning tenth of a moment clear of the field.
Colin Braun took P2 generally speaking for CORE Autosport, while Renger van der Zande finished the best three in the #10 Konica Minolta Cadillac, two-tenths off Albuquerque’s feature pace.
Fernando Alonso making the most of his first authority running in the driver’s seat of the #23 United Autosports Ligier JS P217 in front of his games auto hustling debut in the not so distant future, finishing 20 laps altogether. Alonso completed a large portion of a moment once again from co-driver Lando Norris, with the group completing ninth generally.
Laurens Vanthoor drove the path in GT Le Mans in the #912 Porsche 911 RSR, while Rolf Ineichen topped GT Daytona in the #11 GRT Grasser Racing Team Lamborghini Huracan GT3.
